This paper outlines the key principles of non-dual philosophy, based on the teachings of Adyashanti, Byron Katie, Nagarjuna, Gangaji, Ramana Maharshi, and other non-dual thinkers. Accepting things as they are, inquiry into the mind, transcendence of thought, experience of pure essence of being, and true freedom are explored, as well as ways to live a life of meaning based on the teachings of Peace Pilgrim.
