Deepak Chopra and Milena Braticevic

The increase in moderate to severe levels of anxiety & depression due to the COVID pandemic reveals that we are failing to prevent common mental disorders on a large scale. There is an increased need for prevention-oriented mental health literacy programs to overcome current challenges and manage high levels of uncertainty and change. Experiential education in nondual consciousness can be effective in preventing clinical anxiety & depression. Increasing nondual consciousness can reduce depression symptoms from clinical level to normal, and anxiety from moderate to mild in only 4 sessions.
